Electronic acceptance through email, WhatsApp, RCS message, or any other medium shall be deemed valid consent.


4. Description of Services

Vilas Bhumare provides professional offline and communication-based services that may include:

  • Offline coordination and advisory services

While services are provided primarily offline, communication, coordination, and support may occur via WhatsApp, RCS, phone calls, or email.

  • Mode of Payment: Cash, Bank Transfer, or UPI (as agreed).

  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable once services are delivered or initiated, except in cases of proven error or non-performance.

9. Subscription, Renewal & Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice.
Termination does not relieve the client from payment obligations for services already rendered.


10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Vilas Bhumare communicates with clients through official Meta (WhatsApp Business API) and RCS channels.

You consent to receive:

  • Transactional or service-related messages
  • Appointment reminders or updates
  • Promotional or informational messages (only with your opt-in consent)

We follow Meta Business Messaging Policy and TRAI DLT compliance for RCS communication.
Your data is processed lawfully and securely as outlined in our Privacy Policy.


11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

  • Message communication is logged securely for quality and compliance verification.
  • Message delivery depends on network and operator availability.
  • We are not liable for delivery failures due to device settings, network issues, or platform outages.
  • Promotional messages are sent only to customers who have expressly opted in via WhatsApp or RCS.

You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.


12. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials created by Vilas Bhumare—including concepts, designs, templates, and communication materials—remain the property of the business until full payment is made.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:

  • Vilas Bhumare shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total fee paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vilas Bhumare, its proprietor, employees, and associates against all claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms,
  • Misuse of services, or
  • Violation of third-party rights.

17. Governing Law (India)

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
